“Wynton and Harvey did a great job, very professional and explained everything simply. Answered all of my questions. Results came back the next day and the reports showed little to no mold so they said I didn’t need to do anything else. A business with Integrity is hard to find”
“Loved Michael - superrrr informative and knowledgable. My husband and I learned a lot today, and are confident in the process of any remediation needed going forward! My daughter thought he was pretty cool too. Lol! Thanks guys!”
“My experience with this accompany was exceptional. They were patient and kind and did an excellent job with my home. Their treatment was comparatively shorter than other mold companies. That was very helpful to me because I stayed 3 weeks in a hotel using my own funds which was costing me a small fortune and i am a low-income senior. They addressed my concerns, answered all my questions, stayed well past treatment was over to assure me my home was safe and I was comfortable again walking in my front door. The guys were very kind, friendly from the start and very compassionate about my health concerns. I was just starting my second bout of radiation for the 5th return of cancer that i believe is a direct result of living in my previous apartment. I lived in an apartment for 3 years which was filled wih toxic mold spores i had been inhaling unbeknownst to me. I had a urine test done at that time by an accredited mold lab which showed I had nine different types of toxic mold spores in my specimen coming out in my urine! I left there immediately! My home now is mold free, no toxic spores, no mold growth anywhere to this day thanks to Pure Maintenance! I have even reached out after my treatment has concluded with questions and they still have helped guide me in continuing to keep my household safe from future mold. I would recommend this company to anyone! If I ever come across this problem again no matter where I'm living i will only call Pure Maintenance! Give them a call! Thank you Pure Maintenance for exceptional service. and a special thank you to Mike and Harvey! Jeri Beauregard”

“I highly recommend Pure Maintenance for mold testing. They have been prompt and professional both times they came out to conduct testing, and they were very thorough in explaining the testing process and the results. Travis was especially great to work with; knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated the professionalism and care provided throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Pure Maintenance to anyone needing mold testing services.”
Independent inspections, lab-grade testing, and plain-language reports. We don't sell remediation you don't need — and when treatment is required, you decide with the data in hand.
Patented InstaScope™ technology delivers room-by-room mold readings live — no waiting for samples to ship.
Samples processed by an accredited third-party lab so the report stands on its own — no in-house conflict of interest.
Humidity, moisture content, behavioral contribution — we map why a problem exists, not just whether it's there.
Spore counts, species, comparisons, and recommendations — written so you can act on them without a PhD.
If you don't have a mold problem, we'll tell you. Real homeowners say it best — see our verified Google reviews.
Serving the Inland Empire since 2014 — homes, rentals, and commercial properties alike.
Ascertain if your home or workspace has a mold problem, how bad the problem is, why the problem exists, what its causes are, and what can be done. We do this in two ways as part of our mold inspection and testing service.
We have several options when it comes to mold testing. We can discuss which would be most appropriate for your situation if you give us a call or fill out our contact form.
Our technicians use a suite of diagnostic tools, along with their experience, to identify airborne particles and their likely sources.
Expert diagnostics
Our expert technicians use a suite of professional diagnostic tools, combined with their knowledge, to offer insights as unique as the conditions in your home.
The aim of the inspection is to form a picture of why a mold problem exists and, crucially, what can be done about it.
Real-time data
Some mold is visible on surfaces; some is only detectable in an air sample. Remove the guesswork — InstaScope's real-time sampling delivers room-by-room readings.
The type of test you need may differ depending on your circumstances and desired outcomes. Call us for clarification — we'll help you pick what fits.
Air samples are analyzed for both alive (viable) and dead (non-viable) mold spores. The lab records spore count per cubic meter alongside the species present.
The patented InstaScope not only provides a real-time analysis of mold in your air space but also identifies VOCs, CO₂, and other bioaerosols.
Dust and surface samples are collected from suspected areas and analyzed by an independent laboratory for spore count and genus identification.
Data-driven testing
Testing determines whether mold is present, how severe it is (spore count per m³), which mold strains are present, and how those readings compare against contextual baselines.
Results combine into a single report that gives you fact-based insight into the air quality in the home, what the samples showed, and whether any mold remediation is required.
Speak with a Pure Maintenance of Southern California specialist to understand your situation and the right next step. No obligation, no pressure — just clear guidance and a written report.
